Delivery Information
We’re happy to deliver to any address of your choice! Just make sure the address registered to your payment card is included in your order. For your security, all deliveries will need to be signed for upon arrival.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, Battery Store will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Free next Day Delivery
All orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day for next working day delivery, subject to product availability. We do not deliver or dispatch at weekends or bank holidays. Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched Monday (except bank holidays) for delivery Tuesday.
Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Battery Store will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Next working day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that nationwide next day delivery does not cover the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the following Scottish Postcodes: AB, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, ZE. Courier boundaries can change for Northern Scotland and delivery times can vary. If you are unsure if next day delivery covers your Scottish area please contact us. Force Majeure / Unforeseeable Circumstances
At Battery Store, we do our best to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products. However, there may be rare situations beyond our control that cause delays, delivery issues, or product defects. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible, but we will do everything possible to resolve the situation promptly and keep you informed.
If You Change Your Mind
You have the right to cancel your order at any time from the moment you place your online order and up to 14 days from the day you receive the goods. Please provide notification of cancellation in writing via email to sales@batterystore.co.uk or by post to our Head Office address. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your intention to physically return the goods to us.
For a full refund the battery must be returned in an unused condition including all fixings and packaging.
If the goods are faulty
You have the right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, are unfit for purpose or not as described, and receive a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you received the goods. Should you return an item that arrived damaged, not as described, or faulty, we will refund the total cost of the return postage. Please provide notification that you intend to return the item in writing via email to sales@batterystore.co.uk or by post to our Head Office address.
