1. How do I find the battery I'm looking for?

You can search for the battery you're looking for in our search box by entering the part code or you can browse by category to see the full range of products.



2. Do I need to register to order?

No, you do not have to be registered to order from Battery Store. Once you are ready to checkout, should you wish to register you can create an account here.



3. What happens once I've placed an order?

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. This will contain your order number, the item(s) you've ordered and the delivery address. Should you not receive this email make sure you check any spam folders. Please also add us to your contacts so you know when your order has been dispatched and to keep up to date with our latest offers.



4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to deliver all orders the next working day if ordered before 3PM. Orders over a certain weight or going to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles and NI may take up to 3 working days. If you have any additional questions regarding you order, please email



5. I've had my order dispatch email but my order hasn't arrived. What shall I do? 

Please allow a week from the date of dispatch before emailing us. If your order has still not arrived, please email and we will investigate for you. Please note that we have been informed by Royal Mail that we must wait 3 weeks before we can make a claim for a lost order.



6. My order has arrived but I've ordered the wrong item / received the wrong item, what shall I do? 

You can return the incorrect items to us, and we will process an exchange/credit for you. Please make sure you mark your order number somewhere on your return and which items you want exchanged/credited. If we are at fault your postage costs will be reimbursed.
