• 2000 Watt Peak Output

• UK Plug socket and USB Outputs.

• Pure Sine Wave Inverter

• 24v 25amp Charger Inbuilt

Range Information

The PSIC Range from DBS Energy are high quality inverters with a warranty starting from 1 year. Whether you are living off grid full time or just trying to make a cup of tea, our inverters are with you all the way!

Technology Low-Down

The primary job of an inverter is to convert the DC (Direct Current) power from the battery bank or solar panels to AC (Alternating Current) power needed for most appliances. To do that, it must take the constant DC voltage and change it to a sine wave curve that goes above and below 0 volts. When inverters first came out, the most common way to do this was to make the voltage go straight up and down, creating a blocky signal. This is called modified sine wave. More advanced modified sine waves (MSI) make multiple steps, trying to come close to a pure sine wave inverter (PSI)

Pure Sine Wave (also known as True Sine Wave) inverters generate an output voltage wave form that has a very low harmonic distortion like utility-supplied electricity. This means they are more suited for sensitive electronic equipment, allowing motors to run faster, quieter and cooler, preventing computer crashes, noises & glitches in monitors, TV, Game consoles etc. In short, a Pure Sine Wave Inverter will provide a reliable power source for all electronic appliances & devices

    24v 1000w inverter

Been running this constantly from a 24v LFP battery supply for over a month running two freezers and it has been bullet proof. Output voltage seems constant about 226/227 and scope shows the sine wave is very clean. I have charged phones, laptops and run a tv and sky box off this and it has been flawless. Will report back for longer term but so far very impressed. Its idle power consumption is about 19w my shunt tells me.
